We maintain this information indefinitely to facilitate present and future transactions as well as communications unless you specifically request us to delete the information.

The Way We Use Information

We use the billing information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to process that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that process.

We use return email addresses to respond to any email we receive and to provide you with information about your order as well as product and service updates. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties.

If you provide us with a physical or electronic business card, we may add contact details from the card into our contact database. This may include indicating your interest in receiving further correspondence from our company, such as product updates and newsletters by email.

You have the right to opt-out of all communications at any time and/or to request us to delete the associated information.

Finally, it is our general practice not to use or share the above-identified personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above. If we choose to change how we handle such information, you will have an opportunity to opt-out.

Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our Data Controller

TopLine Results Corporation handles Personal Data as both a Processor and a Controller as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) approved on April 27th, 2016, and enacted on May 25th, 2018. This data is stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities in accordance with the requirements set forth by GDPR.

International Privacy Laws

If you are downloading the SymphonySync™ app from outside the United States, please be aware that you are sending personal information to the United States. Depending on the type of information and how it is stored by us, that information may be transferred within the United States or to other countries outside of your country of residence. While these countries, including the United States, may not have data protection laws as protective as those in your country of residence, our collection, storage, and use of your personal information will at all times be governed by this Privacy Policy.

For personal information we receive from the EEUA, TopLine Results has processes in place to ensure compliance with GDPR regarding the collection, use, and storage of personal information from the European Union countries.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect our current practice and ensure compliance with applicable laws. When we post changes to this policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this policy. If we make any material changes to the way we collect, use, store and/or share your personal information, we will notify you on our website, via the app or by sending an email to the email address associated with your account. We recommend that you check our website and the app from time to time to inform yourself of any changes.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

The laws of some countries grant particular rights in respect of personal information. Individuals in certain countries, including the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to:

Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of all the personally identifiable information that we have collect online about you. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.
